You may reject our Provision of Service quotation within 14 days of receiving it. You may also reject this quotation within the first 3 hours of accepting it, if you change your mind. Thereafter, the Contract becomes legally binding and Payments may apply.

You have a right to receive a copy of the personal information which I hold about you. We charge a fee towards the cost of administering any such request you make. The current fee is £100.00 and this can take up to 40 working days to complete.
